TCA medium peels

There are 3 kinds of chemical peels:

Superficial peels, with fruit acids ( ) result in mild facial redness but are not really effective on wrinkles.

Intermediate TCA peels cause the skin to flake and are very effective to improve the
appearance of your skin which will be clearer and smoother. You will notice a healthy glow
as your face appears radiant and shiny. Lines, blemishes and pigmentation problems due to
the sun are removed. Acne scars, pore size, skin thickness and wrinkle depth are reduced.
It is this kind of peels Dr. Quet uses.
In order to minimize the patient's inconvenience caused by desquamation and to reach an
ideal depth into the skin with no risks, Dr. Quet proceeds with 3 successive TCA peels over
a period of one month.

Deep peels are administered in hospitals under general anaesthesia and require several
weeks post operative social isolation for recovery. They also have great risks.
Dr. Quet does not perform that type of peel.
